Whether you are new to sustainability leadership or have years of experience, this program will give you practical tools and frameworks to help you build alignment, create ownership and drive action across leadership, teams, suppliers and industry partners. You don't need a specific title or position to take the program. If you are responsible for driving sustainability and want to become more effective at getting people on board and turning ambition into action, this program is for you. Learn at your own pace The Self-Paced Change Accelerator gives you the freedom to learn when, where and how it works best for you. There is no fixed schedule and no requirement to attend live sessions. Work through the program at your own pace, revisit the content whenever you need it, and apply the tools directly to the challenges you are facing in your work. The program is available in both video and audio, giving you the flexibility to choose how you want to learn. Your first year in the AMRA Academy is included When you enrol in the Change Accelerator, you also receive one year of complimentary access to the AMRA Academy. The Academy is a dedicated community for sustainability professionals where you can connect with peers, exchange experiences, ask questions and get support as you put your learning into practice.
