Common mistakes I used to do as a sustainability leader

🔥 Not being clear about what to prioritize and giving everything equally as much attention, or equally as little. Learning how to strip things away and focusing on only one thing was a game changer for me.

🔥🔥 Not investing enough time to achieve the 3 crucial commitments I needed to move the needle. When I started seriously driving commitment from management, the organization, and suppliers my job got much easier.

🔥🔥🔥 Being an executor, rather than the enabler. Learning to step away from things and not always take the lead is something I still struggle with, but since I know this is the key to long-term success I keep consciously practicing this.
