Keeping things simple means that you simplify a complex issue by doing these 3 things:
1️⃣ You are a helicopter that zooms out to first understand the whole landscape, then you zoom in on the crucial details.
2️⃣ You understand your audience's needs and desires, and you address them as you speak.
3️⃣ You explain every abbreviation, short form and jargon that is in your presentation to make sure you do not lose anyone.
Simplifying complexity when we speak about sustainability and working for increased ownership in the organisation is absolutely vital for the success of it.
