One thing before the end of the year

If you were to do just one thing before the end of the year, let it be this one.

Look at your most important to-dos for next year and set a goal with yourself: by the end of next year, at least three of these to-dos should have been integrated into other parts of the organisation.

That is all you need to get started, to formulate an ambition, and set a target.
